Matluba Bahranova, Senior Lecturer at the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, Department of English Language and Literature, shared her insights and reflections on the EMPOWER program. The EMPOWER project is not only focused on developing skills but also aims to transform lives and create a future in which every woman in Uzbekistan can realize her full potential.

This initiative is a collaborative effort involving the Central Asian University of Uzbekistan, the Pedagogical Institute of Bukhara State University, the Iskhokhon Ibrat Namangan State Institute of Foreign Languages, and the Kimyo International University in Tashkent.

Its highlighted the seminar-training conducted by distinguished higher education instructors, with the active participation of representatives from the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute. This seminar plays a crucial role in expanding entrepreneurial opportunities for young women and marks the beginning of our ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive and innovative business environment.
