 Train the Trainers program kicks off at Varna University of Management, Bulgaria! 

Four Uzbek partner universities are diving deep into women's entrepreneurship, leadership, and empowerment:

The five-day program, “Women Entrepreneurship: Training for Trainers,” will take place from November 4th to 8th, 2024, at the VUM campus in Varna, Bulgaria.

This intensive training, part of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education program (Project Number: 101129076), aims to enhance entrepreneurship skills among women in Uzbekistan, promoting gender equality and employability. The program is funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with EMPOWER.

Key highlights of the training include:

• Innovative teaching and training approaches: Participants will learn modern, engaging methods to effectively train aspiring women entrepreneurs.

• Business development: Sessions will cover creating business plans, securing funding, and developing sustainable business practices.

• Intercultural engagement and leadership skills: The program will address critical aspects of navigating diverse business environments and cultivating leadership abilities.

• Case studies and networking: Real-world examples and opportunities for interaction with peers and experts will enhance learning.

The training will feature renowned experts from various institutions including Varna Management University, the Central Asian University (CAU) and the Kimyo International University in Tashkent (KIUT). A dedicated networking dinner is scheduled to foster collaboration amongst participants.

The training is targeted at trainers and educators seeking to empower women in entrepreneurship.
